Conservatory Building Process

Once you've considered your options and finally decided upon the design and layout of your new conservatory we take care of all the building work with our own expert fitters.

The following outlines the typical progress of the building stage:

1. We start the project by preparing the site. As part of this, we will dig the foundations, install the necessary drainage and lay down a concrete foundation. With the foundations laid and the wall constructed to finished floor level, we now prepare the floor slab.

2. With the base of the conservatory in position and the dwarf walls completed, we now put in the window frames which will make up the conservatory sides.

3. Following straight on from this, the roof structure is installed, with lead flashing applied to the walls. Now we glaze the roof & fit the sealed glass units to the frames of your conservatory.

4. We now finish off the floor and interior, including plastering and install any additional extras such as air conditioning. From here, all you have to do is furnish your new conservatory and it's ready for you to enjoy for many years to come!
