  PVC panels tend to be available in an opaque finish only. 35mm polycarbonate however can be supplied in opal, bronze and ‘Solar Control’ finishes.

  Polycarbonate sheets benefit from consistent colour unlike PVC panels which have a tendency to discolour over time.

  Polycarbonate is known to remain stable in prolonged temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. It is also flame retardant and self extinguishing.

  A solar grade co-extruded layer protects the polycarbonate sheets against discolouring and surface wear. It also deflects 98% of UV radiation.

  Polycarbonate is guaranteed by all major suppliers for 10 years. This guarantee normally applies to colour loss, light transmission and strength.

  Our exclusive Solar Control polycarbonate performs even better than our standard product. It reduces heat build up in the summer and retains the warmth in winter.
